SunSunk inverter and battery installed in a weather-proof shed for a busy small business

There are severe space constraints inside the building with no available garage or outbuildings.
A solution to this space problem was to erect a garden shed and place the inverter and battery in this ‘Load Shed’
A durable, weather proof, and maintenance free shed was selected for this installation that would enable the inverter and battery to be installed without the risk of the system getting wet. The Load Shed as built in vents to enable heat from the inverter to be dissipated.
A requirement for this installation was that the power supplied by the inverter could be increased in stages.
Stage 1 of the installation covered lights, plugs, computer and WIFI. Later stages will include air-conditioners, and outbuildings.

In a business operation where most energy is used during the day, with very little equipment operating after hours, the panel capacity is designed to cover the real time needs, and allow the battery to be kept full.
The self-use settings, that determine how much of the battery is reserved for load shedding, are set to maximize load shedding protection, while still ensuring that there is some power saving for the after hours loads.
